Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing audit engagements for a diverse range of clients, including non-profit organizations and government entities. This position requires a strong understanding of auditing standards and practices, as well as exceptional analytical skills to deliver high-quality audit services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
• Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and assess risk areas within client operations and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting audit practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations and government clients is a plus.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) and construction auditing is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
