Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading audit engagements for a diverse range of clients, including private companies in the construction, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. This position requires a strong understanding of GAAP accounting standards and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for private companies in construction, manufacturing, and real estate sectors.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support during audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to address identified risks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored audit solutions.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification or CPA eligible candidates encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or audit role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Experience working with clients in construction, manufacturing, or real estate industries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
