We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our audit team in providing high-quality audit services for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering insightful recommendations to improve financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients, highlighting key issues and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary documentation and evidence during audits.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure audits are conducted in accordance with the latest standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on managerial responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and audit regulations.
- Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing multiple projects.
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
