The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to clients on various legal matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients' interests
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license
- Proven experience as an Attorney or relevant legal experience
- Strong understanding of litigation and workers compensation laws (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
