Established (100 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Trusts and Estates Attorney in Worcester, MA (Hybrid)An established firm with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Senior Trusts and Estates Attorney with 10 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This Attorney will have deep experience in all aspects of Trusts and Estates. While a The position is ideally based in the Worcester office, but the Boston office is also an option for the right candidate. Offer:
- Base Salary range: $180,000 - $300,000 , contingent on experience.- Robust bonus structure.- Hybrid flexibility and excellent work-life balance.

- The candidate must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing. - The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience handling complex Trusts and Estates matters. - The candidate should demonstrate strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage matters independently. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills are required. Responsibilities:
