We are seeking an organized and driven Assistant Project Manager to support ongoing commercial and industrial construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager with scheduling, coordination, and documentation
- Assist with project budgets, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and reporting
- Help ensure project milestones, safety standards, and quality goals are met
- Contribute to problem-solving and issue resolution in the field or office
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination or management
- Familiarity with construction documentation and project controls
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with P6 or MS Project is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
