Assistant Project Manager - Mechanical Construction
Position Overview
One of CT and NY's top mechanical contractors is seeking multiple experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
- Project schedules and budgets
- Assist with project financials and documentation processes such as RFIs, change orders and submittals
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management at a commercial mechanical contractor in CT preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems
- Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar
- Ability to maintain project financials and documentation
Benefits
Base salary $75,000-100,000/year depending on experience
