Architectural Project Manager/Project Architect
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager/Project Architect to lead and oversee various architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial and mixed-use architecture, with a keen ability to manage teams, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop project objectives and timelines.
- Prepare and present design proposals, working drawings, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with AIA and NCARB standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the production of rendering and presentation materials using InDesign and other software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed architect with AIA and NCARB certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, specifically in industrial and mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, InDesign, and rendering software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
