We are a fast-growing online lighting retailer seeking a Marketplace Growth Manager to drive performance across major ecommerce marketplaces. You will own category growth, profitability, and operational health while partnering across teams to improve visibility, conversion, and ranking.
What You Will Do- Build and manage revenue, margin, and efficiency goals at the category and SKU level.
- Optimize product detail pages including titles, descriptions, images, A content, and variant structure.
- Lead keyword research, SEO hygiene, and rank tracking to grow organic visibility.
- Partner with advertising teams on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP/AMC.
- Run ranking, pricing, and promotion experiments to improve performance.
- Monitor competitor pricing, creatives, reviews, and catalog gaps.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressions, and catalog defects; maintain clean variation families.
- Grow ratings and reviews through compliant tactics including Vine and Request-a-Review.
- Coordinate with supply chain on stock strategy, FBA health, and OOS risk.
- Deliver monthly scorecards and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through data, technology, and AI.
- 3 years in marketplace performance, growth, or merchandising.
- 2 years hands-on marketplace product management.
- Experience with Seller Central, Brand Registry, Brand Analytics, keyword tools, and ad tech platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, BI tools, and marketplace data sources.
- Proven results in PDP optimization, ranking, and retail media.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and action.
