Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the HVAC and mechanical contracting sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate HVAC solutions, including mechanical systems and controls.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and products to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients, emphasizing the value of our services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the HVAC or mechanical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, and controls.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
