Director of Finance |Hybrid up to $200k
CV Resources is partnering with a rapidly growing and highly reputable cpg company that is looking to hire a VP of Finance. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO and offers the opportunity to help shape the finance function within a growing, private equity-backed consumer products company.
Located in North OC
Compensation: $160K–$200K base discretionary bonus (typically 10–20%) Hybrid schedule!
Highlights:
• Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite)
• Strong FP&A experience with light accounting exposure
• Experience with lender/bank reporting
• ERP experience required
• Tableau, Adaptive, and private equity-backed experience are preferred, but not required
