Senior Accountant

CV Resources is partnering with a rapidly growing real estate development organization in Vancouver, WA to identify a Senior Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, collaborative accounting team supporting a diverse portfolio of entities while playing a key role in the company's continued growth.

Location: Vancouver, WA (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 DOE
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Prepare and support month-end close activities across approximately 15 entities

• Perform complex bank reconciliations (30 bank accounts)

• Complete intercompany reconciliations and maintain accurate intercompany balances

• Assist with consolidation entries and financial reporting

• Support the organization's first external financial statement audit and work directly with external auditors

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

  • 5 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Experience supporting external audits or prior public accounting experience strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of month-end close, account reconciliations, and intercompany accounting

  • Sage Intacct experience is highly preferred

  • Experience with consolidations is a plus

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
