Staff Accountant in Irvine– Up to $85,000
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Irvine. Lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your skills across the accounting function.
Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Support AP/AR, billing, and cash applications as needed
- Maintain and update the general ledger
- Prepare reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Help with audit support, analysis, and various ad hoc projects
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team on process improvements
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)
- ERP/accounting software experience (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Dynamics, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits
