HRIS Specialist

CV Resources is partnering with one of the Pacific Northwest’s most established and well-respected construction and engineering organizations on a new HRIS Specialist (Oracle HCM) search. This is a full-time onsite role based in Lake Oswego, OR, supporting a team known for its incredible stability, employee ownership, and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the go-to expert for the company’s HRIS platform, driving improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Partner with HR, IT, and leadership to analyze business processes and implement technical solutions.
• Manage audits, reporting, and system training for both corporate and field users.
• Support new HR technologies and help shape the future of people data strategy.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of HRIS experience (Oracle or other large-scale HRIS preferred).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; familiarity with large ERP systems a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented team player who enjoys improving systems and processes.
• Experience in construction, architecture, or engineering industries is helpful but not required.
