The Opportunity
CV Resources is partnering exclusively on a Payroll Specialist search for a dynamic and growing organization based in Bend, Oregon.

This role will support payroll operations for approximately 110 employees across a mix of hourly production and corporate staff. You’ll work closely with accounting and leadership while playing a key role in ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce of ~110 employees
• Maintain and support payroll operations within Paycor
• Ensure accuracy of timekeeping data for a high-volume hourly workforce
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
• Support process improvements and system efficiencies
• Partner with accounting on reconciliations and month-end support

  What You Bring

  Must-Have:

  • Experience processing payroll in a high-volume, hourly environment
  • Hands-on experience with Paycor (or similar payroll systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience in food manufacturing or production environments
    • Exposure to system implementations or process improvements

      Compensation & Perks

      • Salary: Up to $85,000
      • Bonus: 5%–10%
