Plate Rolling Operator (Belton, MO)

You’ll run some of the largest plate/angle rolling machines in the Midwest (manual setup—not CNC), shaping big steel into precision parts for real-world projects.

What you’ll do
- Show up ready—on time, prepared, focused on doing the job right
- Set up and operate plate and angle rolls to spec (manual setup)
- Read and follow drawings/blueprints; ask smart questions when needed
- Monitor and adjust machines to hit accuracy and consistency targets
- QC your work—measure, verify, and meet tight tolerances
- Keep it orderly—housekeeping, basic machine care, and proper PPE use
- Own your numbers—work independently and with the team to meet daily goals
What you bring
- 3 years plate rolling (preferred) or closely related heavy-fab experience
- Confident reading technical drawings/blueprints
- Reliability, punctuality, and a constructive mindset
- Attention to detail and pride in high-quality, consistent work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma/GED preferred; clear communication required
Pay, schedule & location
- Pay: $25.00–$30.00 /hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm (overtime available as needed)
- Location: Belton, Missouri (in-person role)
