Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Enter information into QuickBooks and our CRM system.
- Maintain and update the Google calendar.
- Order materials and office supplies.
- Support management with special projects, including payroll processing.
