As our Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls and schedule leads, maintaining a strong pipeline for construction projects.
  • Office Operations: Support daily office tasks to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the friendly voice of Custom Construction Services by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate information in QuickBooks and our CRM system.
  • Calendar Management: Oversee and update the Google calendar for appointments, meetings, and project deadlines.
  • Material Procurement: Order materials and supplies needed for ongoing projects.
  • Project Support: Assist management with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Payroll Processing: Complete payroll tasks accurately and on time.
