Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication impairments
Provide therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and acute care hospitals
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and excellent patient outcomes
Document patients' progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner
