About the Role
As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our skilled nursing rehabilitation center. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supervising a team of LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and support to optimize patient outcomes. Your exceptional leadership skills will be essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment, where patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of LPNs and CNAs to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Provide guidance, support, and training to direct care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure quality and effectiveness
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address areas for improvement

Requirements
Current LPN licensure in the state of Maryland
