Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including basic hygiene, grooming, and transfers
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and transfer patients, as well as stand for long periods
