Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative II to join a fast-paced contact center environment. In this role, you will provide front-line support to customers by handling product inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is an onsite, contract position with no extension beyond the assignment period. Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based customer support for product-related inquiries and issues
- Handle questions related to: Product availability and compatibility, Warranty registration and coverage, Parts and publications lookup, General product concerns and complaints
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Work Schedule
- Support hours: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts within this window), Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (as needed)
- Must be available for any assigned shift, including occasional overtime and holidays
- Schedule may change based on business needs
Training
- Training schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Duration: 2 weeks classroom training, 2–4 weeks on-the-job training and mentoring
- Approximately 3–4 months to reach full productivity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of agriculture, turf equipment, or utility vehicles
- Experience in a technical support or call center environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Agriculture, IT, Engineering, or related field
