Duration: 24 month contract with a high possibility of extensions
Shift: Any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday. Available shifts are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

E-Commerce Customer Support Representative
Primary Duties and Responsibilites:
- Handle inbound customer/dealer calls and occasional emails regarding orders and products.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Document all interactions in the case management system.
- Handle approximately 15–20 calls per day.
Required / Must-Have:
- Call Center experience
- 6 months of customer service/support experience
- Researching and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays
- Reliable work history and proven dependability
- Reliable home internet and distraction-free workspace
Additional Notes:
- Training: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 6 weeks.
- Full productivity: Expected within 3–4 months.
- Travel: Limited local travel, approximately twice a year
