Manufacturing/Production Engineer – Brief JD
Schedule:
- Onsite from Day 1
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (some flexibility may be available)
- Overtime and weekends may be required based on business needs
Qualifications:
- Minimal experience required; entry-level engineers and recent graduates encouraged
- Engineering degree preferred
- Relevant manufacturing/production experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on shop floor support for assembly operations and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot production, quality, tooling, and material issues
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Create work orders and assist with basic fixture/tooling design
- Use SAP, Microsoft Office, and MP Planner to support manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with production teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:
- Frequent standing and walking required
- Metatarsal footwear required
- Other required PPE will be provided
