Job Summary:
The Provider Contract Specialist coordinates designated aspects of the Company’s contracting process in regard to templated contract generation, customized language for provider agreements, data entry and other assigned tasks.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Draft clinician agreements and amendments, primarily through the use of established templates and pre-approved customized language/addenda.
- Ensure complete and accurate data entry in relation to key dates and statuses applicable to the clinician's contractual documents.
- Assist in the revision of proposed clinician agreements through coordination with providers and/or attorneys.
- Assist Operations with the clinician contracting process.
- Assist in identifying needed updates to provider agreement templates.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word products, particularly Word, as well as Salesforce and DocuSign
