We are a strategic sales and business consulting firm, is recruiting a Client Representative in the Stamford area. This position focuses on mastering direct residential client acquisition, consultative sales, and strategic territory management for AT&T mobile device services. The goal is to streamline service coordination, elevating the entire client portfolio.
As a Client Representative, you will receive extensive training to manage the sales cycle and customer acquisition metrics for new AT&T residential clients. You’ll serve as the key liaison, ensuring all transactions are completed on time. This Client Representative role requires mastering sales documentation and maintaining accurate CRM records to drive continuous performance.
Essential Functions of the Client Representative Position
- Execute targeted outreach strategies across assigned Stamford territories to acquire new AT&T mobile service customers through direct enrollment and campaign activation.
- Conduct structured customer assessments to recommend AT&T mobile solutions aligned with usage needs, budget parameters, and upgrade eligibility.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach and product presentation to contract finalization and service order processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation, timely issue resolution, and accurate onboarding for new mobile customers.
- Maintain organized CRM records of daily outreach, customer status, and sales activity to support forecasting and performance tracking.
- Uphold all AT&T brand standards and Client Representative protocols, ensuring professional conduct and ethical representation throughout the sales process.
Education & Experience Needed for the Client Representative Candidate
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, communications, marketing, or sales is strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, territory-based sales, or performance-driven roles involving customer acquisition and product presentation.
- Familiarity with mobile device products, service plans, and upgrade cycles enhances onboarding and campaign fluency.
