Oracle Cloud ERP Administrator

We are hiring multiple Oracle Cloud professionals to support a mature Oracle Cloud environment in a post‑production Operate (L2/L3) model. These roles support critical financial and supply‑chain business processes and focus on production stability, incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement across Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Oracle R2R Functional Track Lead
• Solution Architect – Oracle Cloud Operate

Position Type: Contract

Work Model: Hybrid (Austin, TX) or US‑based delivery, depending on role

Hours: Standard business hours with close/support coverage as needed

Pay: $64-$74/hour (for all roles mentioned in this posting)

Work Authorization

• Visas are acceptable (any EAD). Candidates must be eligible to work on W2 and must not require sponsorship for at least 6–12 months.

What You’ll Do

• Provide L2/L3 post‑production (Operate) functional and/or technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP modules across Record‑to‑Report (R2R) and Source‑to‑Pay (STP) domains.
• Own incident triage, defect resolution, root‑cause analysis, and prevention of recurring production issues.
• Support close‑critical and business‑critical processes including period close, accounting flows, procurement, payables, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud transactions, accounting outcomes, and downstream impacts across modules.
• Monitor and support integrations, interfaces, and batch jobs (FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC or equivalent middleware), including error resolution and reprocessing.
• Maintain and enhance runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles to standardize support and improve operational readiness.
• Support Oracle quarterly update readiness, including impact assessment, regression testing coordination, and production validation.
• For lead and architect roles: act as escalation point for complex issues, coordinate cross‑functional resources, and drive Operate governance (incident/problem/change).

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP in a production/Operate (AMS) environment.
• Functional expertise in one or more of the following:
• Record‑to‑Report (GL, SLA, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Close & Reporting)
• Source‑to‑Pay (Procurement Cloud, Direct Procurement, Payables)
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end business processes, not just isolated modules.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations, data loads, and accounting issues under close‑critical timelines.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills expected in L2/L3 support delivery.

Nice to Have (If Applicable)

• ITIL‑based support experience; ServiceNow and/or Jira.
• OTBI and BI Publisher validation exposure.
• Direct materials procurement experience.
• Oracle Cloud architecture, integration, or AMS/Operate leadership experience (for lead/architect roles).
