CSI Companies is seeking experienced Technical Operations Analysts to support a hospital-based IT environment. These roles are part of a ground up Technology Department build and will provide steady-state, long-term support within a clinical setting.
This opportunity is ideal for healthcare IT professionals who are comfortable working onsite in a hospital environment, enjoy helping others, and want to grow into broader areas of IT over time.
You will provide hands on technical support to end users, partner closely with hospital staff, and contribute to building a collaborative, service oriented IT team.
Hours: Standard business hours
Location: Onsite – Waterbury, CT
Pay: $25–$28/hour based on relevant experience and credentials
Position Type: Long-Term Consultant
Work Authorization:
Visas are acceptable (any EAD). Candidates must be eligible to work on W2 and must not require sponsorship for at least 6–12 months.
What you’ll do:
- Provide Tier II level technical support in a hospital and clinical environment.
- Support end users with hardware, software, and application issues.
- Deliver high quality, customer focused support while interacting with hospital staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently, escalating when appropriate.
- Support healthcare applications; Cerner experience is preferred.
- Collaborate with team members to build and strengthen the IT support function.
- Coach and assist other team members as needed.
- Learn and grow into additional areas of the IT department over time.
- Contribute to the development of processes and best practices for a new technology organization.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.
- Tier II level IT support experience.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in a hospital environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work well within a team and support others.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility.
- Experience supporting EHR systems; Cerner is preferred.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work fully onsite.

- Experience supporting physicians, nurses, or clinical staff
- Interest in long term career growth within IT
