Flatbed Sales Executive
Our client is seeking an experienced sales representative to service their
current customers and develop new customer relationships along the west coast, primarily in Washington and Oregon. A great sales associate must be presentable, have excellent communication skills, the ability to professionally navigate stressful situations, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, be self-motivated and have at least 1-year of experience in freight brokerage sales with strong current customer relationships. Candidates must be self-directed, knowledgeable, professional and a great team player.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively developing new business opportunities
- Conduct in-person client meetings and attend industry events, with occasional travel
- Generate leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business with a focus on flatbed and oversize freight services.
- Utilize CRM systems (preferred: Zendesk) to track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer
- satisfaction, maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
- 1 years of freight brokerage experience with the most recent year in sales
- Proficiency in computers and technology
- High closing success rate
- Self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks Current book of business
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Knowledgeable with lead generation
- Has knowledge in flatbed and oversize freight
