HELP WANTED: Fry Cook
Commercial Kitchen (Overnight / Early Morning Shift)
Crystal Valley Catering | Middlebury, IN
We’re a family-owned business looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to join our kitchen crew. This role focuses on frying so our mobile catering trucks are ready to serve local factories every day. Schedule: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (depending on how many hours you want)
Also open to part-time
Guaranteed 5 days/week (consistent work even when many factories are running 3–4 days)
Pay: Hourly (based on experience) weekly attendance bonus
What you’ll do
- Fry food items safely and consistently (fast-paced production)
- Prep/portion items as needed to support production
- Keep the fry station and work areas clean, organized, and food-safe
- Work fast and accurately as part of a team
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual (overnight/early morning is non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working around hot equipment / fryers
- Positive attitude / team player
- Fry experience is a plus — we will train the right person
