Part-Time Dishwasher – Flexible 3:00–5:00 AM Start

Crystal Valley Catering is hiring a dependable Part-Time Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen clean, organized, and ready for daily food production.

This is an early-morning position with a flexible start time between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m. Employees work approximately six hours per day, Monday through Friday. This position is a good fit for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in keeping a clean workspace, and enjoys having afternoons and weekends available.

Pay

• Base pay: $15.00 per hour
• $30 weekly attendance bonus for completing all scheduled shifts and arriving on time
• Approximately 30 hours per week
• Up to approximately $480 per week before taxes, including the attendance bonus

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Flexible start time between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m.
• Approximately six hours per day
• Typical end time between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m., depending on the selected start time and daily workload
• No scheduled weekends

Reliable attendance and punctuality are important because the kitchen depends on clean equipment being available for daily production.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pans, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary
• Put clean dishes and equipment in their proper storage areas
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed
• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen work areas
• Clean sinks, counters, racks, carts, and other surfaces
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures
• Notify management of damaged equipment or maintenance concerns
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and other basic tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Available to begin work between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m.
• Able to work approximately six hours per day, Monday through Friday
• Able to work independently and maintain a steady pace
• Comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, food, and kitchen equipment
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Willing to follow sanitation and workplace-safety procedures

Previous dishwashing, restaurant, food-production, or janitorial experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train a dependable candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a commercial kitchen and includes standing for extended periods, handling wet dishes and equipment, working around cleaning products, and performing repetitive physical tasks.

The work area may be warm, humid, wet, and fast-paced at times. Slip-resistant footwear is strongly recommended.
