Crystal Valley Catering is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Food Service Route Driver to operate one of our mobile food-service trucks.
You will drive an established route serving employees at local factories and businesses, sell fresh meals, snacks and beverages, process customer transactions, and build relationships with regular customers.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, interacting with customers, and finishing work early in the day.

Pay
- Base pay: $11.00 per hour
- Additional sales commission, tips, and performance bonuses

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company food-service truck on an assigned route
- Arrive at scheduled customer locations on time
- Sell meals, sandwiches, snacks, beverages, and other products
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Build positive relationships with regular customers
- Accurately process cash, card, and point-of-sale transactions
- Stock, organize, and merchandise products on the truck
- Keep the truck clean, sanitary, and presentable
- Complete required daily paperwork and sales reconciliation
- Report route concerns, customer requests, and mechanical issues to management
- Follow company driving, food-safety, and customer-site policies
- Assist with loading, stocking, cleaning, light food preparation, or other shop duties before leaving on the route when needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic mental-math and cash-handling skills
- Able to learn and operate a point-of-sale system
- Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and move products throughout the shift
- Comfortable handling and serving food
- Willing to assist with kitchen, stocking, and shop duties when needed
Previous delivery, route-sales, food-service, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train a dependable candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Our drivers see many of the same customers each day, so consistency, professionalism, communication, and strong customer relationships are essential.
Work Environment
This position involves driving in changing weather conditions and entering industrial and manufacturing properties.
Drivers must follow customer-site safety requirements and maintain a clean and professional appearance. The work includes handling food, loading products, serving customers, and remaining physically active throughout the shift.
