Early Morning Kitchen Help – 3 AM Start

Crystal Valley Catering is looking for dependable kitchen help to join our early morning kitchen team. This is a steady food production position with simple, repeatable tasks. Kitchen experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

This job is a good fit for someone who wants consistent early-morning work and can reliably start at 3:00 AM.

Pay:

Starting pay: $13/hr weekly attendance bonus based on hours worked

Employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus when they work their scheduled shifts:

• Part-time: up to $20/week
• Full-time: up to $40/week

For many schedules, the attendance bonus can add about $1/hr equivalent for employees with consistent attendance.

Schedule

Start time: 3:00 AM

We have options for:

• Part-time: limited weekly hours available
• Full-time: up to an 8-hour day

Typical hours may be around 3:00 AM–8:00 AM or 3:00 AM–11:00 AM, depending on the position, availability, and daily workload.

Monday through Friday. No weekends.

Important Schedule Note

Because this position starts at 3:00 AM, applicants need to be able to arrive rested, alert, and on time consistently.

This role is usually not a good fit for someone trying to work it immediately before or after a full-time job. We need team members who can realistically handle the early start time and be dependable each day they are scheduled.

Limited Hours If Requested

We are open to applicants who are looking for limited, predictable weekly hours. If you need to stay within a certain income or hour range, we can discuss a schedule that works for both you and the business.

Job Duties

Responsibilities may include:

• Assembling and packaging food items
• Helping prepare sandwiches, wraps, breakfast items, and other foods
• Stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
• Cleaning work areas and equipment
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Helping the team complete daily kitchen production
