As our commercial division continues to grow, we are hiring a Commercial HVAC Account Manager to focus on service, maintenance agreements, and retrofit opportunities across an established and expanding customer base. This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial HVAC systems and enjoys building long-term client relationships while driving recurring revenue.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, develop and sell preventative maintenance agreements, and identify repair and retrofit opportunities within existing systems. You will prepare estimates for service work, equipment replacements, and retrofits, working with technicians and vendors to ensure accurate scope and pricing. You will meet with customers on-site, review system conditions, and present solutions aligned with their operational needs and budgets, while maintaining pipeline activity and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to execution.
We are looking for someone with experience in commercial HVAC sales, service estimating, or account management who is comfortable working in a relationship-driven, service-focused sales environment. You should be confident working with facility managers, property managers, and business owners, with strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. The ability to manage multiple opportunities at once and consistently identify opportunities within existing accounts is key. A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally are required.
Candidates with experience selling maintenance agreements, quoting service or replacement work, and building long-term client relationships will stand out. A proactive approach, strong problem-solving ability, and a focus on long-term customer value will position you for success in this role.
