Aluminum Welder – Fabrication Department (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Position Overview
As an Aluminum Welder, you’ll perform high‑quality welds, interpret fabrication drawings, and contribute to a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Weld aluminum components with precision and consistency
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of welding experience
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable, team‑oriented work ethic
