Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
About the Role
The Production Supervisor leads Packaging, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement. This role uses independent judgment to supervise daily operations, develop employees, and ensure on‑time, accurate movement of product while maintaining customer‑ready standards.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise PSRW personnel and daily operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and shipping goals
- Champion a strong safety culture through training, PPE enforcement, incident response, and investigations
- Ensure customer quality standards are met by managing inspections, documentation, and non‑conforming material
- Drive efficiency by monitoring labor, production metrics, downtime, and staffing priorities
- Train, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable through performance feedback and corrective action
- Communicate and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, Scheduling, Maintenance, HR, and Safety
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of manufacturing or warehouse leadership experience and/or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in management
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and operate in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of production, quality, and logistics processes
- Ability to read blueprints and part drawings; finishing or aluminum paint process knowledge preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Flexible, self‑directed leader who performs well under deadlines and change
