We are hiring for a liquid/powder painter to join our 1st shift team in River Falls, WI. This position works Monday-Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm, with overtime on Fridays.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Applies liquid or powder paint to product surfaces
- Obtains production schedule from lead and gathers coatings for each run.
- Performs color changes based on production schedule.
- Appropriately mixes paints and solvents.
- Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance on paint booths and equipment.
- Inspects product for quality issues.
- Rotates to different stations within the paint booth.
- Can locate, read, comprehend and execute proper work instructions.
- Establishes efficient workflow based on product and task.
- Efficiently uses painting materials and other supplies and notifies the correct person when supplies run low.
- Properly wears required Personal Protective Equipment.

- Knowledge of painting processes
- Experience with small hand tools beneficial
- Attention to detail is a plus
- Ability to work in a team or independently
