WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Apply powder paint per customer specifications.
- Perform color changes and clean equipment.
- Inspect products for defects and report issues.
- Operate paint-related equipment and maintain clean work areas.
- Rotate stations and support other production roles as needed.
- Monitor supply levels and wear required PPE.
WHO YOU ARE
- 6 months of powder painting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and attention to detail.
- Strong depth perception and ability to spot defects.
- Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
