Join our team at the Cobblestone Hotel and Suites of Mosinee, WI! We are looking to build a strong team-oriented staff. Our goal is to provide a high-quality experience to our guests at all points of their stay, and a detail-oriented Night Auditor is an important role. While experience is appreciated, we are happy to train motivated individuals for this position.
The shift’s time is overnight from 11pm-7am.
16-24 hours per week. Other 2nd shift hours may also be available as a float.
The duties of this position include, but may not be limited to:
Responsibilities
- Keep accurate financial records
- Balance cash drawer and credit card transactions
- Run and print reports from the business day
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Answer phones and take reservations
- Check guests in and out on an internet-based reservation system
- Greet guests and attend to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry
- Assist in setting up breakfast
- Collaborate with other departments
- Confidentiality
- Ensure standards are met
- Report to work punctually, dressed in full uniform, and well-groomed
