Crystal Finishing Systems, located in the vibrant town of Schofield, WI, is seeking a Powder Painter to join our team. This Monday-Friday role is a key contributor to our success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Apply powder paint to product surfaces.
- Verify powder paint names and product codes for each run.
- Perform color changes efficiently.
- Conduct light and preventative maintenance on paint booths and equipment.
- Inspect products for quality issues.
- Support Production and Material Handling teams as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
- Knowledge of powder painting processes
- Experience with small hand tools beneficial
- Attention to detail is a plus
- Ability to work in a team or independently
