Crystal D creates products that turn emotions into memories. We’re looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our production team in the Masking department and help bring joy to our customers.
What You’ll Do
Produce and assemble products following Sales Work Orders and production standards
Handle products carefully to minimize damage and ensure quality
Cross-train in other areas and support team members as needed
Use lean tools, visual management, and 5S techniques to improve productivity
Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of assembly or production experience
Reliable transportation
Good hand dexterity, eye for detail, and crafty
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, and grasp
