Job Purpose
The Order Manager is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and a process that is Simple, Easy, and Fast. This role builds trusted customer relationships by providing expert guidance, proactive communication, and WOW-level service through ICE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from initial placement through final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding products, timelines, order status, and expectations.
- Drive orders through the approval and production process efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform detailed quality reviews on high-value orders ($750 ) to ensure accuracy and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while upholding Crystal D's ICE standards and commitment to service excellence.
- Respond to customer calls promptly and accurately, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or a related role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to finding solutions.
- Professional, energetic, and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
