Our fun, modern, fast-paced shop is looking for an assistant manager at our Lee's Summit location. Crumbl is the fastest-growing gourmet dessert company in the country! We bake the best desserts fresh, in house, daily. As Assistant Manager you will report to the store lead and help oversee a staff of 4-8 employees per shift.
Qualifications:
- Prior Assistant Manager Experience
- Food Franchise Experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Calm, efficient leadership in high stress situations
- Tech savvy
Job responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Store Leader to accomplish store goals
- Help manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for customers
- Lead from the front, learn all positions, and jump in where needed
- Assist in training new employees
- Maintain a fun and productive culture while motivating and coaching employees on how to interact with customers in a dynamic business environment
- Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees
- Maintain a clean and well sanitized store

Schedule:
5 days, 35-40 hours per week. Assistant Managers should expect to work multiple Saturdays a month. The store is closed on Sundays.
