What You’ll Be Doing
As the General Manager, you will direct and manage daily operations while developing strategies that support the growth and success of the store.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Overseeing daily business operations
• Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Training and developing entry-level managers and staff
• Creating and managing budgets
• Improving revenue and profitability
• Hiring, onboarding, and developing employees
• Evaluating employee performance and productivity
• Analyzing accounting and financial data
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities
• Generating reports and presenting results to ownership
• Supervising shift leads and ensuring strong team leadership
• Ensuring excellent customer service and guest experiences
• Maintaining quality, food safety, and brand standards
• Creating a positive, motivating environment for the entire team
• Running shifts and covering positions in times of need
What We’re Looking For
• Current Ohio ServSafe Manager Certificate required (or able to obtain within 60 days)
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Open availability Monday–Saturday
• Someone who fosters a positive, supportive, and family-like culture
• A leader who leads with encouragement, positivity, and a great smile
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Strong work ethic and proactive mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good knowledge of different business functions
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data
• Computer literate and comfortable using business software
