What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Deck/Cock Pit position at CRUISERS YACHTS?
Deck/Cock Pit Responsibilities:
- Read over supply list and gather supplies, check off items as they are completed
- Clean surface of deck
- Mark and drill required holes in deck; apply sealant to parts and place in appropriate area. Secure down with screws/ nuts/ bolts
- Place all work safety equipment on areas: fencing, cover open holes in deck
- Attach wire harness, windshield wiper motor, pipes with shrink wrap to hold in place underneath deck
- Attach D-gasket to appropriate areas, using scissors to cut to length
- Apply paint to areas that need finishing touch up work utilizing small cup and paint brush
- Prep flooring and place into deck area using hoist
- Attach headliner to under side of deck, requires stretching fabric and stapling in place above head
- Apply cushions to sun deck
- Assist with placing hard top/ windshields on deck
Deck/Cock Pit Requirements:
- Previous Manufacturing experience, fiberglass boats preferred
- Hand tools experience is desirable
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Quality conscious
- Detail oriented and focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
