What You’ll Be Doing
As a Commercial Glazier, you’ll be responsible for installing and finishing commercial glass systems that meet both structural and aesthetic standards.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring installs are done right the first time, while representing the company professionally on job sites.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

Key Responsibilities
- Install commercial glass systems (storefront, curtain wall, aluminum framing)
- Read and execute from shop drawings and field measurements
- Handle glass using proper rigging, lifting, and safety protocols
- Seal, glaze, and finish systems to manufacturer and project specs
- Identify field issues early and communicate solutions proactively

- Systems like Kawneer, Tubelite, YKK, or similar
- Experience mentoring helpers or apprentices
- Ability to troubleshoot field issues without constant supervision
Compensation
- $25–$35/hour (based on experience and contribution)
- $58,500 – $81,900 annual equivalent
