The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:
- Respond to comments and questions from current and potential donors received via telephone, web, email, and U.S. mail about direct marketing programs.
- Coordinate with the Donations department and other internal teams to resolve donor concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with resource coordination and organization by reviewing transcriptions, downloading and organizing files, and meeting weekly with the Resource Manager to support departmental resource management.
- Set up weekly team meetings, reserve conference rooms, schedule video calls, and arrange the devotional schedule. Take notes as needed.
- Assist the Executive Director in preparing for quarterly team meetings and the bi-annual Freelancer Summit by creating calendar appointments, monitoring key job deadlines, doing meeting prep, coordinating meals, note-taking, scheduling action items in Asana, managing travel arrangements, preparing reports, creating presentations, etc.
- Review large donor reports weekly and submit any needed campaign code changes to the appropriate donation services team.
- Weekly review the First View RD scans from the Donations department and take any necessary action based on the donor comments.
- Coordinate recognition of team/freelancer birthdays and department office activities related to our team.
- Gather and analyze monthly donor information, verifying account information and communicating with lapsed donors as needed by sending postcards.
- Manage weekly welcome kit process and evergreen mailings with the prayer letter service. Maintain quantities, provide data files, update donor information, and edit letters as needed.
- Submit invoices from freelancers or direct marketing contracted services managed by the Donor Marketing team to the Contracts team for processing.
- Thank partners for their giving via cards and phone calls as needed and record all donor contact in the donor management systems.

Experience and Skills:
- Associate Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in development and/or direct response advertising agency is a plus.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
