Injection Molding Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Crown Staffing is now hiring a skilled Injection Molding Machine Operator in Florence, KY! This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and work with advanced manufacturing equipment.
Pay & Shift Details:
- Pay: $22–$23/hour
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- Hours: 48 hours per week (includes 8 hours of overtime)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines according to company procedures
- Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members
- Perform and plan maintenance activities as needed
- Report equipment issues or deviations to management
- Maintain organized and efficient work processes
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
- Support production, testing, and assembly operations as required
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience operating injection molding machines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication with peers and management
- Basic computer skills (email, online testing, certifications, etc.)
- Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively or escalate as needed
