As a Fabrication Technician you will perform wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. All work tasks are performed in a clean room environment which is temperature and humidity controlled to prevent product contamination. You will be required to wear a gown, hood, gloves, mask, booties and safety glasses when performing the job.
This Position Offers 12 Hours Shifts With Built In Overtime. Day And Night Shifts Are Available. Each Shift Operates On a 4-3-3-4 Work Schedule Which Means One Week You Work 4 Days With 3 Days Off And The Next Week You Work 3 Days With 4 Days Off. Available Shifts Are

- Day Shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5:24am-5:35pm
- Night Shift – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday 5:24pm-5:35am
- Operate equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch deposition, testing, and diffusion.
- Perform wafer fabrication by following work instruction and documented procedures.
- Operate equipment to perform various stages of the wafer fabrication process.
- Perform measurements and analysis of critical parameters and record data.
- Adhere to clean room protocol including wearing PPE for long periods of time.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Visually inspect and recognize quality defects.
- Handle fragile GaAs wafers and precious metals, such as gold and platinum.
- Mix wet chemistries.
- Collect and log data into computer-based applications.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable working around chemicals and in a clean room environment
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or assembly environment
- Great work ethic and the ability to work well with others
- Clean room experience is a HUGE plus!
- Day Shift: $20.60/hour with built in OT = $24.03/hour
- Night Shift: $23.69/hour with built in OT = $27.63/hour
