This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that prompt students to think, "I never realized I was capable of this!" Covering topics from public speaking to entrepreneurship, you'll deliver practical skills that energize and motivate.
- Running daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by helping students establish meaningful goals and develop the mindset needed to achieve them.
- Supporting student achievement: Apply proven frameworks to ensure each student reaches challenging academic and personal objectives.
- Developing personalized motivational approaches: Collaborate with students to craft reward systems and incentives that encourage independent excellence.
- Conventional instruction: Leave behind traditional boards and lectures. At Alpha, students utilize advanced applications to learn core content—you're here to mentor, motivate, and enhance their educational experience.
