You will serve as the operational backbone of the student experience. You'll facilitate smooth transitions, guide small group interactions, sustain energy levels, and provide support when a student requires guidance or reassurance. Content instruction is not part of your role—but your presence is critical to making the model work.

What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshop sessions by overseeing breakout rooms, managing transitions, maintaining pacing, and ensuring smooth group dynamics
- Fostering student participation through chat interactions, positive reinforcement, gentle prompts, and one-on-one check-ins
- Ensuring students remain engaged, confident, and connected throughout their daily learning experience
- Supporting lead educators with operational logistics that allow sessions to proceed without disruption
- Serving as a reliable, familiar presence within student clubs and life-skills programming
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter content
- Developing lesson plans, evaluating student work, or conducting academic assessments
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops without guidance
- Taking a passive or observational approach—this role demands active, high-energy involvement

Basic Requirements
- Available to begin work immediately or at the end of July (one of the two).
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth leadership
- Educational experience within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K–16); must have attended school in one of these countries
- Student-centered, energizing demeanor with excellent attention to detail
- Willing to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.
